hi this is mohan im using premiere pro one day I installed Insta360 Studio after installing the Insta 360 Studio the premiere pro wasn't working properly it's showing this error "A low-level exception occurred in: Insta360Importer(Importer:39)" This is the error I get, again and again, I did soo many trails but I failed so please help me how to solve this problem ThankYou
do not use the Insta 360 plugin in Premiere. Just upload your sources to the Insta 360 Studio program and work with sources there. Then output in the format .MOV and import to Pr. There you integrate into your projects.
I found a fix to this issue: just remove the insta360 plugin in your premiere pro folder on your computer. And it works again. - only use the insta360 studio and download it without the plugin.
Please can you tell me where can i find this folder on a Mac. I having the same issue cannot import mp4 files and all my old projects are not working. Just to let you know I already uninstalled the insta 360 studio app. Please help.
Yep. This worked for me. Had the issue for almost a week and literally could not import anything that wasn't a MOV file. Ended up deleting Studio 360 and anything related to it, including the plugin, and have had no issues since. Hope this helps because I was losing my mind last week.
Yes that is the solution for a windows user as it might have been easy to find the plugin or any file related to the InstaStudio360. But as a MAC user even after uninstalling Insta360 and all the plugins and uninstalling premier pro and reinstalling, it would still reload that one file which is Insta360Importer.bundle. Even if you search this file with the exact name the file doesnt show ( i have no idea why) so i found that file in this location
I have solved it.
So what was the case..
I have installed 360studio which contains the Insta360 Plugin for Adobe Premiere.
Than I have also installed GoPro FX ReFrame from GoPro and this was the moment Adobe Pr didn't want to start..I had to find the folder where (I don't have now the path but you can find it easily) and delete it. Since than everything works normally.
Have you tried contacting insta360 support and asking if this is a known issue for them? For testing purposes, could you roll back to the previous version of Premiere Pro and let us know if that works for you? Also, let us know your system specifications (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM).
I am having the same problem. Premiere worked fine yesterday, today I installed insta360 plugin as well as the GoPro FX Reframe Plugin now I can't open Premiere pro at all. Removed all the plugins, uninstalled and reinstalled premiere. still won't work.
The project cannot be open because there's an insta360 video, I've already download all the plugins that the file requires so the insta360 file can work in premiere pro. When i first making the project, the file work and i can edit it. but when i open the working file again, it won't open. is there any solution for this problem?
i use premier pro 2024 (24.5)
gear: macbook pro m1 pro 2021
Hi @rhahmatt - Can you try holding shift while opening premiere and then selecting disable third party plugins. Let us know if that helps your issue. I would check to make sure you have the latest plugins installed. Insta360 may have not updated it to work with 24.5 yet.
i've already try your solution and it seems that the problem is the insta360 plugin. may i ask, is there any way that you know on how to fix this problem? I've read the instruction about the plugin information from the insta360 website, here is the link _id=17067&locale=en-us
I am having the same issue.
