Please be aware that wallpaper is printed in batches, meaning each batch might have a VERY SLIGHT shift in color which if hung directly next to a different batch MIGHT be noticeable. To insure that each roll is of the same batch, please be sure to order the correct amount incase the batch is sold out and subsequent rolls are needed, unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
Our range of designer wallpapers are created and made in Transylvania. Combining the impact of a mural with traditional wallpaper repeats, our wallcoverings are manufactured in-house by using modern and traditional technologies. Eclectic and evocative, our timeless wallpaper collections take inspiration from our region's diverse ethnic heritage, paying homage to art, architecture, culture and rituals from all four corners of the globe.
Our wallpaper is produced on a non-woven substrate of the latest generation. Printed with eco friendly inks, MINDTHEGAP wallpaper can be applied on any type of interior wall, by simply pasting adhesive on to the wall and then applying each strip, one by one, forming a seamless, continuous design.
Most of our wallpapers come in boxes of 3 rolls (strips), each having a size of 52cm width and 300cm in length. One box of MINDTHEGAP wallpaper can cover up to 4.65sqm (50,4 sft) of surface, with precise repeat patterns. Some designs come in rolls of 10mt length.
Our wallpaper is washable. To clean it off, please use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe the surface. Due to the printing process, some residue ink may come off the first time you clean the wallpaper. However, this does not affect the true colors in the design or the quality of the material.
Always wipe off the wallpaper vertically. Never apply any kind of taping mask on the surface of the wallpaper, as this may affect the integrity of the design, which is printed on the surface.
After upgrading to 22.04, I realized that the wallpaper/background will switch back to default jammy wallpaper when in dark model even after removing and setting it to solid color. This problem doesn't appear while in light mode. I think this is a Gnome related issue?
update
as suggested by @vanadium(thank you), it's the new feature in 22.04. and adding -dark will enable the change. Hence, for those wanting to have a solid black ground without using a wallpaper, just use this command in terminal
The rationale is that one may want two variants of a background, one that goes better with the light theme, and one that could go better with the dark theme. Not all backgrounds go equally well with a light or dark theme. This way, you are in charge. You can set one background that goes with the light theme, another that goes with the dark theme, and the system will automatically switch the backgrounds as well when you move from the light to the dark theme.
My first ever wallpaper design for Muck N Brass was inspired by my love of animals, animal print and a fascination with Chimera of ancient myth. It all began with a Flamingo in high heels which is still a key part of the design. Chimiracle (pronounced Ki-miracle, Ki as in kite) has gained a cult following over just a few years. This is the dark blue version and is one of 5 colour ways, each set in a mystical forest. A modern twist on the British maximalist tradition this mythical, botanical garden design works beautifully for either a feature wall or for a fully papered room. The level of detail in this designer wallpaper means that there's always something new to find.
This wallpaper is printed in batches. To insure that each roll is of the same batch please be sure to order the correct amount incase the batch is sold out if an additional roll is needed. It has taken 4 years and an embarrassing amount of wasted money for me to find the perfect wallpaper for my bedroom. I am in LOVE with this paper and I cannot wait to place my order for the entire amount I will need.
Design wallpaper is often used just for one feature wall. For the other walls, we recommend a coat of paint in a matching colour. Use our lining paper, which you can order with the wallpaper, as a base for the paint.
Choosing the ideal colour shade presents you with endless possibilities: a colour found in the pattern of the design wallpaper is often an excellent choice for painting the other walls of the room. That is why we show you the main colours of each wallpaper in the Shop.
Art Nouveau in perfection - the white flowers are reminiscent of meadows full of yarrow glowing in the moonlight, but the typical pattern stylisation does not allow for any illusion of realism. This non-woven wallpaper, produced with the surface printing process, combines shades of dark green, mint turquoise and grey-white on a dark blue background and reminds us of the colours of a summer night.

Upgraded to IOS 7.1 (Iphone 4). After the upgrade was complete and I changed my wallpaper, I noticed that the system is darkening the top of my wallpapers. I do not like it and want to turn this "feature" off.
I have the same problem on a few of my wallpapers. Out of like 75 or so wallpapers on my phone (ones ive uploaded myself, not apple ones) 2-3 or so of them have this weird darkened area on the top 1/2 of the images. I understand that we cannot disable it, but honestly believe it's a bug that should be fixed. It's so maddening that this only happens on some wallpapers and not all of them, which i guess is a good thing, but it's still annoying. I'd love to know what's causing this? Hope they fix it soon.
Having cool looking backgrounds on my apple devices has always been my favourite thing to do and now it has been taken away. There is not one image that looks great on my iphone now, everything just looks washed out and dark..
Megaemperor - i'm not calling you a liar, but i am going to say that i don't believe your comment. I believe this is what you were told, BUT i don't believe Apple. A FEATURE is something that happens consistantely all the time or in this case on EVERY wallpaper. From my experieces at least it only happens on like 2-3 of my 77 or so wallpapers. Thus i don't believe it's a feature, but a BUG.
It is a feature. They have an algorith that determines what background needs to be darkened. And it is 100% constant. Every background you set will always have the same result when you set it as a background for the second time.
I guess their idea behind it was to make the app icon texts more easily readable against white backgrounds but i think it is a very bad feature that doesn't do any good because i would rather have the freedom to set whatever background i want to use and make the decision myself to change to a darker background if i can't see the text on the app icons.
Im going to again have to DISAGREE. This is NOT a feature. I have plenty of custom wallpapers on my phone that are VERY light in color and my phone does not add this stupid darkened portion to the tops of them at all. As stated several times, this 1/3 to 1/2 darkened top portion of the screen ONLY happens on around 2-3 of my 77 or so wallpapers. Of those 77, i have several that are very "light" colored (light grayish to white) and i don't have the problem with them. I still say it's a BUG.
This is the dumbest thing ever, I'm at a loss to describe how dumb it is. I can't turn this off?! Am I assumed to be so stupid that I can't figure out how to choose wallpapers I like on my own **** phone??
I agree with Euphonia. This gradient can't be disable. I did a testing with various bright and dark wallpaper. It basically detects the brightness/darkness level of the wallpaper and adjust the gradient opacity accordingly.
My bad for not checking the update versions (if not I wouldn't have updated it) however I would say this gradient is really an issue. Everytime I am in the homescreen I see the wallpaper, it can't be avoided. Regardless whether its a bug or its a feature, I would still suggest to be either an option to on/off it or just remove it.
just the opposite for me. i have well over 70 wallpapers and every single one of them so far has this stupid shadow effect ruining them all. every day is a rainy day on my iphone. the complete lack of options and customization was pushing me away and this one is an over the top dumb design decision when considering it cant be disabled. hey Apple, how about getting rid of the amature head of design and hiring a pro? i could do better.
You can order individual samples or a wallpaper sample book. The (large size) individual samples are available in various scales, to give you the best possible sense of how the wallpaper will look in your space. The wallpaper sample book includes all the designs in the floral collection.
