I had a few questions about these faces from some folk in this thread - thought I would post all the watch Hermès Apple Watch faces - please note that this will not include the exclusive Noir gradient only available with the space gray Hermès Apple Watch. These are all the general Hermès Apple Watch faces
When Apple introduced the Apple Watch Series 8 a year ago, it also stopped offering a Nike co-branded version. Functionally, there was no difference between an Apple Watch and a Nike+ Apple Watch with the exception of Nike branded watch faces.
Born of a shared commitment to combining function and aesthetics, the long-standing partnership between Apple and Hermès blends cutting-edge technology with beautiful, innovative design. The Apple Watch Hermès Series 9 is certainly a fine example of this. It has all the extraordinary functions and capabilities of the regular Apple Watch Series 9, coupled with an exclusive Hermès strap, special watch faces and an additional sport band.
The Apple Watch Hermes (Series 2) models represent an "iconic collaboration" between Apple and French luxury brand Hermes. Like the original Hermes Apple Watch, this model essentially is a 42 mm 316L stainless steel Apple Watch Series 2 model -- complete with 312x390 OLED display covered by a protective sapphire crystal layer -- but with three exclusive software watch faces in classic Hermes fonts -- Clipper, Cape Cod, and Espace -- and bundled with a choice of Hermes designed watch bands in custom packaging.
All Apple Watch Series 2 devices are controlled with a "Digital Crown" and a Force Touch capable display and need to be paired with an iPhone 5 or newer for most functionality.
All Apple Watch Series 2 models also have a dual core processor, water resistance to 50 meters, and built in GPS capabilities.
Battery life is an Apple estimated "up to 18 hours" overall, but more specifically "up to 3 hours" of talk time, "up to 6.5 hours" of audio playback, and "up to 8 hours" working out.
There are three specific configurations of this Apple Watch Hermes (Series 2, 42 mm). All have a stainless steel housing and were available with the choice of a Fauve Barenia Leather Single Tour band, a Feu Epsom Leather Single Tour band (pictured right), or a Fauve Barenia Leather Single Tour Deployment Buckle (pictured left). Each also shipped with a second orange colored fluroelastomer "Hermes Sport Band" intended for working out.

There are three styles available: the "Single Tour" ($1,100), featuring an equestrian style buckle on a brown, black or red leather band; the "Double Tour" ($1,250), which wraps twice around the wrist; and the wider "Cuff" ($1,500). Each features a customizable Hermès version of the watch face.
Today at its "Hey Siri" event, Apple announced a partnership with Hermes to create a special Apple Watch collection called Apple Watch Hermes. The new collection will feature three brand new bands and watch faces. The watch bands will include the Double Tour, Single Tour, and the Cuff.
Apple unveiled the new Watch Series 5 at its iPhone 11 event earlier this month. One of the most notable features was the new always-on Retina Display. Prior to this, watch faces were only visible when tapped. Now, as the name suggests, they're always on. Here are all the watch faces available for the Series 5.
