Where is SILK_WORKBENCH_config.txt

hi, 

I am new to SILK. After I downloaded the 2.7.1 from https://github.com/silk-framework/silk/releases/download/release-2.7.1/silk-workbench-2.7.1.tgz, I can't find SILK_WORKBENCH_config.txt, which is required by bin\silk-workbench.bat.

Can anyone help? Really excited to test out this tool!
