Is it possible to use Silk Framework to convert CSV to RDF before linking? Any tutorial?

They say you can use and convert CSVs, however the only tutorial links two RDF datasets.

Hey,
I am not sure, but I think Silk can't do that.
However, you can try to insert the data of your csv file into a relational database and then transform to RDF using some R2RML tool
