Hello,
Apparently, CF3 groups are not perceived by Pharao.
I think they should be perceived as hydrophobic.
Is this a known bug / limitation of the software?
Will there be a correction?

Hello, align-it still doesn't assign a hydrophobic feature to CF3 groups. Is there a way to correct this?
