We are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Manager to lead high-impact transformation programs across banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payments modernization, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance, with a proven record of managing global, multi-million-dollar initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise-level transformation programs in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domains such as Payments, Compliance, Risk, and Digital Banking.
Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, governance, execution, and stakeholder reporting across multiple global locations.
Oversee program budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, technology leaders, and business owners to ensure alignment of strategic goals and execution outcomes.
Implement and manage delivery methodologies — Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall — using tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Clarity.
Lead and mentor global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
Drive digital and AI/ML transformation initiatives including RPA, automation, and data analytics.
Ensure regulatory compliance (AML, FATCA, CRS, ISO20022, etc.) across global jurisdictions.
Present executive dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
16+ years of experience in Program / Project Management with a focus on BFSI transformation.
Expertise in Payments Modernization (SWIFT ISO20022, ACH, CBPR+), Digital Banking, and Regulatory Compliance.
PMP, PSM, or ITIL-certified professional with hands-on experience in global program governance.
Strong background in Agile/Hybrid methodologies and change management.
Experience leading multi-geography programs with distributed teams.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud (AZ-900) and exposure to AI/ML or RPA automation projects.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with global consulting firms (Accenture, TCS, Infosys, etc.).
Exposure to payments systems, banking operations, and digital transformation programs.
MBA or advanced management degree from a reputed institution.
