Title: Sr. Lync Engineer

Job Requirements:
The Lync Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on matters concerning, Unified Communications, including Exchange and Lync, including Lync Voice.  You may be upgrading, installing, designing or migrating these solutions for Oakwood’s clients.

The Lync Senior Consultant will handle a variety of roles ranging from design & installation of complex systems to assessing and recommending solutions for the systems, desktops or networks.  The role involves pre-sales support including project definition, scoping/sizing, analysis of technical alternatives, and the presentations and/or proposal of results.  The primary role will be to design and install complex systems working with clients and vendors to find cost-effective solutions, utilizing varying tools/hardware and software alternatives.  The position will include opportunities to mentor other team members including client personnel.  This position may serve in either an individual or team environment with the potential of serving in varying capacities including technical project leadership, depending on the needs of the project and the team (client and internal).

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Over 5 years of experience working with OCS, Lync, Exchange and PBX environments

·         Experience deploying and configuring Office Communication Server or Lync Server 2010/2013

·         Voice Integration with OCS / Lync 2010/2013 experience required

Summary of Duties:

Seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer to be part of a team responsible for development and production support for a multi-source star schema data warehouse.

 

Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain ETL processes to support the data warehouse using Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle workflow manager and Informatica.  Participation in metadata management and implementing Data Quality processes. Monitor workflows and performance tuning in a data warehouse environment.  You will be involved in reviewing data modeling for an expanding data warehouse.
Qualifications:

Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Job Requirements:

We’re looking for an Omniture consultant to support business needs lasting for 3 months. We need someone onsite in San Jose, CA. Req listed below: Omniture Consultant will be responsible for guiding Move s analysts and business stakeholders to make the most impactful use of the Adobe Analytics product suite and related tools. This individual must possess a thorough understanding of the technology in use and standards for digital analytics implementations, strong project management skills, focus on maintaining a very high level of data quality, and experience serving as the liaison between business and technology stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Counsel analysts and stakeholders on how to accurately interpret data

·         Work in collaboration with analysts to ensure that business requirements are being met and data capture is clean

·         Provide ongoing education on SiteCatalyst and Client to enable efficient self-service reporting for business owners, product managers and marketing managers alike

·         Conduct training sessions including one-on-one guidance as well as group instruction

·         Ensure that teams are educated about the quality of data capture and what it will enable in reporting and insight generation using SiteCatalyst and Client

·         Provide support to analysts in the best practices of extracting data from the Adobe platform using SiteCatalyst, Client, Data Warehouse, Report Builder and/or the API, as appropriate

·         Perform platform administration duties to support Adobe users, including access management and permission assignment

·         Provide Omniture instrumentation specifications to Front-End engineering team.
