This position is for an individual that knows how to code new frameworks from scratch using native JavaScript to work with development teams on next-generation product offerings, creating a consistent, elegant, & modern user interface.

Engineer

Job Requirements:
The Lync Senior
Consultant is responsible for consulting on matters concerning, Unified
Communications, including Exchange and Lync, including Lync Voice. You
may be upgrading, installing, designing or migrating these solutions for
Oakwood’s clients.
The Lync Senior Consultant will handle a variety of roles ranging from design & installation of complex systems to assessing and recommending solutions for the systems, desktops or networks. The role involves pre-sales support including project definition, scoping/sizing, analysis of technical alternatives, and the presentations and/or proposal of results. The primary role will be to design and install complex systems working with clients and vendors to find cost-effective solutions, utilizing varying tools/hardware and software alternatives. The position will include opportunities to mentor other team members including client personnel. This position may serve in either an individual or team environment with the potential of serving in varying capacities including technical project leadership, depending on the needs of the project and the team (client and internal).
Required Skills and Experience:
· Over 5 years of experience working with OCS, Lync, Exchange and PBX environments
· Experience deploying and configuring Office Communication Server or Lync Server 2010/2013
· Voice Integration with OCS / Lync 2010/2013 experience required
· Experience with Lync 2010/2013 with full Voice and Video integration is highly desired
· Experience utilize Lync as a PBX replacement
· Experience integrating Lync with Call Control from Cisco and/or Avaya

· Experience in risk management, fraud prevention, decision management in a financial institution; experience with decision engines within payments or risk management a strong plus
· Ability to understand and appreciate engineering and analytical solutions. Understanding of web technologies, SOAP, XML, WSDL, Java, relational databases. Experience developing/working with API sets and services.
· Skill sets: analytical, problem solver, strategic planning, leadership, project management and execution, communication with diverse audiences and stakeholders, (written, verbal, and oral)
· The candidate should bring a high level of enthusiasm to the projects, the ability to organize and motivate large groups and a high degree of passion for technology
· Demonstrated track record managing all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle; experience with Agile a plus
· Experience with Blaze, Triad, JRules. BPM tools (like PEGA) familiarity would be good as well, although the others are better.
