Job Description:

A User experience specialist reviews and redesigns the screens based on bootstrap template. The web frame work we will be using is Struts, jQuery. The attached mockups are for reference only.

·         All images, menus and navigational components should follow the responsive design principles- Collapse when condensed or hidden.

·         Each section should be in distinct and separate file and an overall template.

·         Login  Redesign ADEQ’s current homepage (www.azdeq.gov) to include a login section for users to login to the web portal

·         Landing Page after Login –Dashboard: Please see the attached PDF file (eSMRFPrototypeWireframes.pdf). This attachment shows the wireframes for the entire pilot portal (dashboard plus SMRF data submission functionality). The entire portal should have a header section, a footer section, menus and shortcuts, and breadcrumbs for easy navigation. The landing page should be split into modules which are configurable by users. There should also be an area for notifications and an area for ADEQ to broadcast news and important system messages. The templates should be tested with jQuery data-grids to make sure it works with responsive design, etc.

·         SMRF file upload pages: These pages will allow users to select the file format (XML, CSV and XLS), select file to upload and then upload the file. There will be also various error and system messages built into these pages

·         SMRF Data Entry screens: These pages will allow the users to manually enter the data.

·         Help Screens (2-5 screens): These are not shown in the attached wireframes. Please provide some examples.
