30 day notice

Hi,

I’d like to give my 30 day notice from the house. 

Will be moving out some of my things 5/31 and will pay June rent through 6/22. I’ll do my best to help find someone new.

Hi Chloe, thank you for letting us know. I am grateful for the time you spent in this house and getting to know you, and wish you the best moving forward.

I'll begin the search for a new housemate today, with the new person moving in on 6/23 or thereafter. If you would prefer to have someone new move in closer to the 5/31 date (sometime between 6/1 and 6/22), just let me know and I can do my best to see if I can find someone sooner within the 30 days period and so reduce your 30-day rent if you don't intend to occupy through the 22nd. But I'll post the ad for 6/23 unless I hear from you otherwise.

Yes, it would be ideal to find someone who can move in on June 1 or later. If that's the case let me know, as I will have to accelerate my moving process. I'll do my best to find someone as well.
