Hi All,

Was thinking of picking up this baby for our house so we could have movie/game nights. Just wondering what your opinion was on getting cable and splitting it with the rest of us. Let me know if you guys are up for this idea or what you think about having this in the common space.

Can't wait for 12/8!

Hey Daanish -- it really depends on what everyone else's thoughts are on having a TV for the living room. I probably won't use it much since I don't watch TV and seldom movies, but depending on how much the cable is, would be open to splitting the cable bill. What's most important to me is that we have a living space where people are interacting with each other. What about also having a good set of board games people can play together?

Rachel and I had a GENIUS idea for house holidays.. having a white elephant party where every gift you bring for another person is actually a gift for the house.. eg. lamp, shoe rack.. Is everyone down?

love the white elephant idea

and 100% agree with chloe

happy to chip in a few bucks to stuff that will bring people together in common spaces, wont use TV since I stream all my stuff free (happy to show you how :)) but all for tv, games, table, chairs, lamp etc and house dinners on Mondays to bring people together.

12/8, can't wait! let's start inviting folks next week.
