I’ve got to be honest I’ve never thought about exercise this way……and thought it might interest some of you. Read this really interesting article about how grand-master chess players can burn 6000 calories a day just sitting.
Its totally changed my thinking around being cerebral and even if you are in a role where you are just "thinking" that being in peak physical shape will change your performance level of being able to "think faster"
Might be a waste of time for some of you reading it…..might change your success outcome.
Anyway I thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
