1. We met a guy a while back called Alex Van Someren who works with the UK gov for startups. Alex is out of the security space but mentors a bunch of early-stage. Paul Wellbank would have his details and his twitter name is @alexvans.

2. I think the Pollenizer guys went to Seedcamp which is EU but plenty of UK.

3. I could ask some ex-Surfcontrol contacts (they were UK-based - the CEO now runs http://www.we7.com/#/about/the-board co-founded with Peter Gabriel).
