So as to properly organise matters,
a few guidelines:
1. As this forum requires the ability to post images you should either use your email provider for participating, or use the "new" Google Groups. The old Google Groups does not support image posting from the web
2. All posts not directly related to an ongoing competition are to be made in the General Discussion Sub-group using one of the Categories. That will keep such posts clearly separate from the competition.
3. Competition posts. The Subject should be clearly identified with the first word as "EXT-" (for Exteriors/3-views etc) or "INT" (for Interiors/cutaways etc) followed by the next sequential number and the name of the person setting the challenge. For example "EXT 1 - Ken", next exterior challenge would be "EXT 2 - Bill" and so-on. Once a challenge is confirmed correctly identified the subject/topic will be closed by the Moderator. The new poster must start a new subject/topic using the next sequential challenge number.
4. Guesses/replies in respect of a challenge should always be sent using the "Reply" option so that the subject matter is not changed. To keep things manageable, when responding to posts please ensure that you delete the previous message(s) within the reply to that post. Not only does this stop the posts getting longer and longer each time, it will ensure your personal email addresses are not displayed on the forum, which is open for all to see.
5. As this forum has the potential to generate a lot of emails, you may prefer to participate within Google Groups rather than by email. Remember however that to post an image you will need to be using the "new" Google Groups.
6. To control the number of posts and keep confusion to a minimum we ask that Members restrict themselves to 2 Quiz items at any one time.
