The picture is from Avions No 44, November 1996, Page 2. There are 3 photos (of different aircraft), of which this is one. The caption is as follows....
"Mr Roland Audibert, de La Garde, nous fait parvenir 3 photos retrouvée dans les papiers d'une de ses grand-tantes, épouse du constructeur aéronauticque Moreau. Qui pourra nous en dire plus sur ces appareils"
I don't speak or read French, but according to Google Translate it appears that the three pictures are from the papers of M Audibert's grand aunt, who was the wife of the constructor Moreau.
One picture is, of course, the one in question, another is a couple of people standing behind the tail of an aircraft, which I would say is a Caudron (due to the last couple of letters in script on the fin), the other is an extensively glazed, low wing cabin monoplane, inverted 4 or 6 cylinder inline engine, spatted undercarriage and the partial registration F-A..... The three aircraft would appear to be unrelated.
Subsequent editions of Avions, don't appear to shed any light on the mystery.
