***EMEA VDI Solution Architect*** (can be based from any EMEA office)
This role will work with Marco Bussadori in developing the EMEA Virtual
Desktop Infrastructure business in EMEA, and be the go-to technical
contact. The role will involve close working with the ex-Qumranet
development team and will therefore cover technologies (like kvm) that
are also in the upcoming RHEV product. This will be an EMEA-wide role,
so there will be frequent travel for internal sales, partner and
customer meetings.
***Bid Desk Specialist*** (Munich)
Providing expertise and support to the sales team in the execution of
complex deals, this person will be the point of contact in EMEA for
managing non-standard sales opportunities. This person needs to be an
experience negotiator, with outstanding attention to detail. A
background in Operations (front-office or back-office), legal or
financial areas could all be relevant. They ideally should have a
degree-level business education.
***Global System Integrator Manager, EMEA*** (Farnborough)
This is a new role, focused upon defining our strategy for addressing
both global and local SIs. In coordination with the EMEA territories,
this person will be then responsible for executing this strategy,
building Red Hat's relationships with the major SIs in the marketplace.
Candidates will need to have a strong history of working in a
European-level SI relationship management role.
***OEM Inside Sales Rep for Dell*** (Farnborough or Munich)
Working primarily with Dell, this person's responsibility will be to
drive and extend our business with them, EMEA-wide. The successful
candidate will therefore need to be a motivated salesperson, ideally
with multiple language skills, and the ability to work towards strategic
goals as well as tactical wins. As a result, some travelling will be
required to manage the relationships involved.
***GPS Consultant, Linux*** (Amersfoot, NL)
As an onsite technical consultant, a role in the GPS team is very much
as the technical face of Red Hat. Working on both trouble-shooting and
delivery projects for our customers, GPS consultants typically spend a
majority of their time on customer sites. A strong background in Linux
system implementation/management is essential, combined with a talent
for adaptability.
***Marketing Managers*** (Amersfoot, NL & Madrid, Spain)
We need two more marketing managers to add to the growing team, one
for the BeNeLux region and another in Spain. These roles will have
responsibility for managing and developing campaigns and communications
in the territories concerned, in coordination with the wider EMEA
Marketing team. Previous experience in a broad-based marketing role,
ideally in a technology company, is essential.
***SI Account Manager, UKIE*** (Farnborough)
Focused on building our relationships at a local level with Systems
Integrators, this role will involve the development of new and broad
relationships with a targeted selection of the major players in the UK
SI market. Candidates should therefore be able to demonstrate the
ability to build networks of contacts within customer organisations. The
ideal candidate should be able to talk to both senior business figures
and senior technologists to explain the value of working with Red Hat.
They should also clearly understand the various different types of
opportunity that SIs represent for revenue generation.

Key Account Managers within our Field Sales organisation are
responsible for building and expanding the revenues generated through
our larger customers. Through the effective building and exploitation of
networks inside our customers organisations, KAMs ensure that Red Hat's
offerings reach as far as possible, maximising returns. A Key Account
Manager role requires a driven and experienced enterprise salesperson,
who is capable of finding innovative ways to build customer confidence.
***JBoss Inside Solution Architect*** (Farnborough)
Embedded with the Inside Sales organisation, this person will provide
technical expertise on the JBoss product suite (JEMS) to the Inside
Sales team. Through educating and supporting the salespeople in their
work, this role will be key to the growth of JBoss revenues in the
organisation. Candidates should be comfortable with Java development,
and have a good understanding of application server technologies
(ideally JBoss itself).

As the global recruitment team restructures, our recruiters are being
aligned with the business. As part of this change, we need capable
recruiters based in Munich and Farnborough to support the Sales and
