We are a group of organisations from Barcelona active in the field of culture, education and participation: http://blog.transit.es, http://www.e-itd.com, http://www.asceps.org. Cooking Citizenship (CookCit); promoting active EU citizenship with food-related community actions’, is about how citizens can be empowered via their involvement in activities related to food, cooking and nutrition, normally in public spaces or in social activities open to the general public.
