Bob Hunter has made this suggestion. I have added some explications
[in square brackets]:
<<<<<
. . . when using SILAS [to format Scripture as a booklet] and the
pages are not a multiple of four, extra pages can be requested [by the
booklet macro or by the booklet printing facility of the printer
driver]. These pages then show same as previous headings and page
numbers. If your program added a Section Break and blanked out the
headers and footers for this Section the pages would remain blank.
This is not a criticism of your excellent program but a comment. I can
quite easily make the adjustments manually with an extra section
break.
>>>>>

SILAS users, how would you like SILAS to behave here?

I can see the benefit of the headers being printed on the blank pages,
because then those pages are numbered, and some printing guidelines
say "number every page".

The downside is that it's untidy, having page headers for the last
book and chapter on the blank pages. And surely the people collating
the book can get it right, because the facing pages have numbers on
them.

Would you like SILAS to add a section break at the end of the book as
Bob suggests?

If so, I think SILAS would need to be clever enough to find out how
many pages there are in the document and only add the section break if
the number of pages is not a multiple of 4. (He can find the number of
pages with Selection.Information(wdNumberOfPagesInDocument)
so it shouldn't be hard to do.)

I have checked the international publishing guidelines and found no
direction about this question, so we may be able to decide ourselves
what to do. What would you like?

If SILAS does add that section break, what would you like the header
and footer of the added pages to be?
1. Header: as selected by the user, but with all fields but page
number blank
Footer: blank
2. Header: blank
Footer: page number centred as on the first page of a book
3. Header and footer completely blank
4. Other:
