Space between Bookname and Chapter number missing

Karla Sligh first brought to my attention something that Word 2007
sometimes does -- in the page headers, the space that should be
between the bookname and the chapter number is missing. We tried to
replicate the problem on her computer and on mine, but couldn't, so
that problem slipped off my radar.

Ed Quigley has recently noticed the same thing, and he even worked out
a fix for it :-) He modified the macro that makes the page headings so
that it puts a no-break space in that position instead of an ordinary
space, and that fixed the problem.

I'll be including this fix in version 2.208-1.06 when it comes out
"soon", but if you would like the fix *now*, reply just to me and I'll
email you the fix, with instructions for adding it to your current
version of SILAS.
