New SILAS 2.35, build 1.08, avoids bug in Wd 2010 with hyphens in footnotes

Just in time for Christmas, there's a new version of SILAS ready for download, at the usual place:

Here are the main features of this version of SILAS:

Reduced the number of times OptionalLineBreaks is called, to go faster

Fixed bug in no-break hyphens

Added workaround for Wd 2010 crashing if changing hyphens to thin fixed spaces

in footnotes.

Fixed Justified attribute in style "mi - Paragraph - Indented - No First Line Indent"

Removed bold and italic from wg and ndx styles, to match USFM.sty vn 2.35

"Report a Problem" now lists Build as well as version.
