New workaround in new SILAS 2.35-1.14

A new version of SILAS ready for download, at the usual place:

If you are a member of the LangTran software distribution system, the new version will be delivered to your computer next time you run the script

The only change is to work around another bug in Word 2010 (and perhaps 2013) that crashes Word when SILAS processes curly quotes in footnotes, specifically <<< or >>> and their smart-quote-character equivalents.

So if your version of Word is older than 2010, or you don't use quotes within quotes in footnotes, there would be no need to update to this release.
