New documentation for USFM codes and how to use them

Hello again,

When you are downloading the new version of SILAS, I suggest you also
download the installer for the PDF file that documents the USFM codes
and how to use them, that I fetched from the ICAP site.

This file documents version 2.3 of USFM, which was released with
Paratext 7, and it is very helpful when you are deciding what code to
use to achieve the effect you want. You'll find it at
http://code.google.com/p/silas/downloads/list
where the file to download is
USFM instructions-v2.3-Setup.exe
and the latest version of SILAS is
Silas-v2.301-1.04-Setup.exe

This download is a Windows installer, which will create a link in the
QuickLaunch area, the START menu and the desktop to the PDF file that
came from ICAP.

If you want to get the PDF file directly, without the installer, you
can find it at
