New version: Silas Scripture template

Announcing release of a new version of Silas Scripture template for formatting draft Scripture printouts in Word.

Build 1.023 fixes a couple of bugs in the previous release. The most noticeable was an error in the Add a New Language dialog, under Advanced Font Options.  This build also adds an options dialog to the macro on the Scripture menu, "1. Format for Proof printouts." You may now select line spacing, margin size, footer style and single/double sided formatting.
