New SILAS, matching USFM version 2.204, plus many improvements

There's a new version of SILAS ready for download at
http://code.google.com/p/silas/downloads/list

When you install the package, check out the FAQ file (Frequently Asked
Questions). You'll find a link to it in the QuickLaunch menu and in
the normal START menu, in the SILAS group.

If you have any problems with SILAS, please use the problem report
file that you can find in the START menu, SILAS group, and email it to
Kim and to me.

Here are the main benefits of using this version:
The stylenames match the latest version of USFM.sty from the ICAP
site.
USFM has change the representation of a no-break space from "!$" to
"~", and SILAS now converts both sequences to the Word code for a no-
break space.
There's a safe way of handling version numbers, so installation
doesn't fail in French systems.
Bug fixes and workarounds for Word bugs.
Word files made with the old Scripture templates from International
and from PNG can now be formatted with SILAS.
Files made with USFM_draft.sty no longer produce warning messages, but
still load "Recent_Styles.txt" to update stylenames.
Improved help for installing with Word 2007.
ReformatVerseNumbers macro from the old templates now available on the
USFM to Styles menu.
Converting SFM data to styled data for formatted printing now works
reliably.
