On behalf of the New Project Commission, we would like to inform you that the Site Plan Application is with the Township of Oysterbay, New York and after the initial review we were advised by the Township to conduct extended environmental study including the archeology study.
We have completed the archeology study are reviewing the results with the Township, other elements of the environmental requirements are also being addressed by our engineers, Cameron Engineering. Currently, we had a teleconference meeting with the engineers and attorney pertaining to the status of the project with the Township. In that meeting we were advised by the attorney that he is working closely with the key individuals of the town and feels confident that we will be able to accomplish our task.
We will continue to provide you with the feedback as we learn more on the progress of the project. Let us continue to pray that we are successful in our endeavors. Amen.
