detectEntities from outside of NII

Dear SIGVerse users,

Currently, there is a problem that you cannot use detectEntities API
if you use SIGVerse server on socio.iir.nii.ac.jp
and use SIGViewer from outside of NII.

This problem will be solved soon.
If you try to use the detectEntities function, please be careful.
I'll announce a solution after the problem was cleared.
