Dear Martin,

Which version are you using? Is it the latest 2.3.1?

Which tutorial instruction did you tried?
Could you send URL which causes the problem?

We need more detail information to solve your problem
Thanks.

Dear Prof. Inamura,

thank you for a quick response!
I did indeed download version 2.3.1. I followed the instructions described in this tutorial: http://www.sigverse.org/wiki/en/index.php?Tutorial%2FInstallation%20of%20SIGVerse%20server
The SigViewer was able to connect to the SigServer, but nothing else happened. The server reported a succesfull link ("SigViewer connected!") and then the described error occured, so no other window was opened.

I would gladly provide more detailed information about this issue, but since I'm new to SigVerse, I couldn't figure out more.
The only thing that comes to mind is that we're not using Ubuntu 12.04, but 14.04. Is there information that SigVerse doesn't work on newer versions of Ubuntu?

Best regards,
Martin

OK. I understood.
So, what tutorial did you execute after the installation?
Did you follow the next page:
http://www.sigverse.org/wiki/en/index.php?Tutorial%2FExecution%20of%20test
?

Additionally, let me check your environment.
Did you install the SIGVerse server and SIGViewer client on different PC?
Or, SIGVerse server and SIGViewer client were installed on the same
PC using virtual machine?
If you installed server/client on different PCs, you should open IP
port No.9000--9010 between the server and client.
