Subject: Confirmation of Vote Results and Upcoming Changes to SIGTURK Constitution

Dear SIGTURK Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of the results of our recent voting process regarding the proposed amendment to the SIGTURK constitution.

We are pleased to announce that the proposed amendment has received a majority of "Yes" votes. Specifically, 5 members have voted in favor of the amendment:

> The elected officers of the SIG shall consist of a President, a Secretary and up to 5 other officers, constituting the Executive Committee. The President and Secretary shall be members in good standing of the ACL.

Previously, the text was:

> The elected officers of the SIG shall consist of a President, a Secretary and up to 4 other officers, constituting the Executive Committee. The President and Secretary shall be members in good standing of the ACL.

As a result of this successful vote, the changes will take effect on our website before our next monthly meeting.

This change will expand our Executive Committee, allowing for more diverse perspectives in our decision-making process and enhancing our ability to achieve our organizational goals.
