Officers elections for the year 2024

[SIGTURK Secretary]

Dear SIGTURK members,

We received one nomination each for the positions of president and secretary, and four nominations for officer positions by the deadline (31st of December 2023). During the monthly meeting on January 29th, it was decided that an election was unnecessary due to the fewer number of nominations compared to the available positions. Consequently, to fill the one remaining officer position, we selected the first person who, although nominating themself after the deadline, expressed interest in becoming an officer.

Therefore, executive committee for the year 2024 is as follows:

Secretary: Sardana Ivanova
