signalk open cpn error

hello everyone! i have a raspberry pi with a marine control server with signalk and open cpn. when i go to connections and plugin status page i have an error "reconnect localhost 30330 retry 183 delay 5000. in the status column it says "connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:30330. ANY IDEAS???? THANK YOU JOHN.
