fullscreen browser with Kip and instrumentpanel

Hello,

On my android displays, Chrome is launched at startup with this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.autostart&showAllReviews=true
and all is working fine.

But Chrome don't start in full screen mode!! I must manually set the fullscreen at every startup, no way to find a solution!!
Perhaps someone of you know the solution, also with different autostart apps or browsers?
