PUT-reqeust for remote control by postman

Hi, on the docuemnation on the signal-k website it said that the path:  http://<jouw_signal_k_server>:3000/signalk/v1/api/vessels/self/steering/autopilot/target/headingTrue

Accepts put-reusts to change the data, now i get a 405 not supported command. 

Does anyone ever tried this before, or does someone now how to fix this. 

Purpose: i want to send via POSTMAN an json format where i say to change the heading value. So i can basicly do remote control by internet. please someone help me out!
