Subject: Special session for SiPS 2009, Signal processing with GPU
Dear colleagues,
The program committee of SiPS has decided to make a special session
with the
topic of "Signal Processing with GPU (Graphic Processing Unit)."
We solicit submissions in the following topics,
** Digital image processing with GPU, including (but not limited to)
medical
imaging and surveillance
** Digital filtering, transform, and SCAN with GPU
** Object recognition, mining, and synthesis with GPU
** Applications of GPU in cryptography, DNA sequence alignment, and
seismic
signal processing.
The submission deadline is June 7th, and notification of acceptance
will be
given by June 26th.
SiPS (IEEE Workshop on Signal Processing Systems) will be held at
Tampere of
Finland, October 7~9, 2009.
The submission site of SiPS (
http://www.sips09.org/) will be open from
May
25th to June 7th, only for special session papers.
The page limit is 6 pages with a double column format. The paper kit
can be
found at the web site.
