Submission file size problem

Could you please make sure that large submission files can be accepted? Most modern machine learning methods are going to create large files, especially using Reprozip. I tried uploading a large file (2.6 gigabytes) and received a Bad Gateway error. I'm guessing you Apache has some sort of max file upload limit.

Also, with a 1.9 gigabytes file upload:
