Stuck on a loop to count Users

Hi everyone,

I've finally found time to work on issue #879 Display number of active users .
My WIP pull request can be found here : https://github.com/sigmah-dev/sigmah/pull/96

My updateUsersPanelTitle() function always set the number of active users to 0. And I don't see why... Here is the direct link to the piece of code : https://github.com/sigmah-dev/sigmah/pull/96/files#diff-64641e52fd0facec1c52a568f361cb6aR194

Who would have some hint about this situation ?
