The last Windows update crashed my laptop. I had to do a clean install. I downloaded Photoshop Elements 14 & Premier Elements 14 from my Adobe account. However when I start Photoshop Elements it scans for plug-ins for a long time & then I get the following message:

The Additional Plugins Folder was set the C Drive, so it must have been reading the plugins from the premiere elements 14 install and the photoshop elements 14 install causing all the duplicate plugin listings in the system info.
