[Announcement] Per-member web directory and reliable status updates

First, a new twitter account (@sighstatus) has been created to address
our current DNS issues. Although currently only twitting blog updates,
its primary function is to tweet IP changes so the site remains
accessible even if the DNS fails. However, it has yet to be implemented
but might be soon. so tuned!

On a less serious note, each core member has his own web directory now
(or is able to claim one). provided that you already have an user
account on yolk, simply create a directory named www in your home
directory and store all public files in it. The public URL for your www
directory is /~USERNAME (although this might soon change to
/people/~USERNAME).

P.S. some site functions that are dependent on the domain name might
fail. RSS is an obvious example. everything else should remain functional.
