Are we building the 'buzz' in Western Australia?
Sure, the sun shines, most of the time; Perth's a 'boom town' for
many; but what happens if you take away the sun and take away the
money? What's WA then? Where's the depth?
Are we building buzz as well as buildings?
Who should take charge of the government's Culture and Arts portfolio
when the current Minister steps down?
We think it should be the responsibility of the Premier.
