Suggestions to changes to MBA rules

MBA seems that they decided to hold an EGM bang on when we are playing the play off....I made my feelings know about this.....and other clubs are doing the same...but in the meantime, for the EGM they are receiving suggestions as to changes to rules

My first suggestion is to include a double registration system for youths -- we had suggested this in the past.....where a promising player can be registered say for one club in youth leagues and play with another senior team....for example Hannah, can play for us in youth leagues and than play for a senior team

Any other suggestions? Forget the U23 rule in LBC as this will stand.....we can try and redefine homegrown etc....
