Had a chat with Kris who is coaching the U23. This is what we said. We must tackle this too asap.

  basically, it's been 1 and a half months now

  that practically no one comes down to training

  we're usually just 3/4 under 23s, and 2/3 under 19s

  imbaghad meta nigu ghal loghob, everyone comes and we obviously dont perform well

  i'm asking mainly for a meeting with board and players together because I want to know our position - as in, I know I can do my job as a coach, but i cannot perform if i dont have players who take it seriously

  and i'm hoping that if we have a meeting altogether, then maybe i can see more players taking it seriously

  or at least we know our position

  that the 4/5 motivated players

  i think it would be better separately, because if we do it before training they'll find excuses

I have my things which I wll say  in meetings. ..but a coach cant leave his kids alone.... and he goes abroad... but we will tackle that in meeting
