Hi Alan

Further to our e-mails of last week, I shall be grateful if you could please advise as to when our outstanding (January and soon February) remuneration shall be settled. It would have been appreciated, and I am sure I am speaking on behalf of my team mates, if you (the committee) had notifed us that you will be running behind on payments. 

Please be advised that I shall be reducing my attendance to 2 sessions a week until payments have been settled.

While I do not approve the tone of the email nor the threat to reduce training to 2 sessions, we have spoken about payment to players last week. We are at fault on this for not taking a decision.

We should pay out January salaries immediately with Feb to follow week after, following Athleta game. Also close off the matter of Chris.

As for Steve, he had also asked me for the bonus promised for wins, we should make it a point that if he reduces/misses training intentionally payment to him will be deducted accordingly.

Can we conclude during meeting tonight?
