Tomorrow, we are doing outfit checks for pref (black dresses, black heels). Remember that you need to do your hair/make-up if we haven't already seen them, and you should do them anyways for the photo shoot. :) After your outfit check, please remember to change into denim shorts and a white shirt to wear for the photo shoot.

Keep drinking water and other soothing beverages to help your voices out! Here are some tips:
  • If you can avoid talking, try to do so (it's what singers call going on "vocal rest"). I promise, it will help.
  • If you're taking over the counter pain meds for whatever reason, stick to acetaminophen (Tylenol). Try to avoid aspirin
  • Hang out around steam (in the shower or from a hot water humidifier) (please don't burn yourself)
  • DRINK WATER. Try to avoid caffeine if you can, as it dries out your vocal cords. If you need caffeine, make sure you drink more water to compensate. Alcohol also dehydrates you (hence hangovers)
  • Don't smoke. It's terrible for your voice
  • Try drinking hot water with honey to make your vocal cords feel better. I will warn you now, it doesn't taste great, but I know a lot of people swear by it
  • Avoid whispering, it's way worse for your voice than speaking normally

Pictures! Please keep uploading them to dropbox! The login is:
