You can download the Quran Corpus morphology:

The Oudja team also did a morphological analysis of the Quran
(more detailed than Quran Corpus) for their Al-Khalil project.
But maybe you are referring to images from different Quran prints? Those are available across many websites. You just need to search for: "13/15/16 line Quran".
