Dear all - 

(Sorry for spamming; but I got several emails and figured it best to answer collectively).

It seems some people are having trouble navigating the interfolio interface; particularly how to invite recommenders.

Step 1: Add File for recommendation (name is not intuitive)

Step 2: Request recommendation

Step 3:  Add new contact. This takes you to a page where you can add contact details.
