BACKGROUND & MOTIVATION

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies offer transformative potential for developing countries, presenting innovative solutions to longstanding challenges across healthcare, education, economic growth, infrastructure, and sustainable resource management. By adopting AI-driven approaches, these countries can bypass traditional development stages, accelerating socio-economic progress and significantly enhancing the quality of life.

In alignment with this vision, the International Conference series on Artificial Intelligence and its Applications in the Age of Digital Transformation, "I2COMSAPP," serves as an essential platform that convenes global experts, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and innovators.

Building upon the academic excellence and successful publication outcomes achieved by previous editions (https://link.springer.com/conference/i2comsapp), the 3rd edition (I2COMSAPP'2026) aims to delve deeper into recent advances, practical applications, and future trends of AI and ML, with a special emphasis on their transformative potential in fostering sustainable development and improving socio-economic outcomes in developing regions.

I2COMSAPP’2026 proceedings will be published by Springer: 

• All accepted and presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings and published by Springer in its Scopus-indexed LNNS book series (Scopus, Web of Science, SCImago, INSPEC, etc.); the full list of indexing and discovery services of this series can be found at: https://www.springer.com/series/15179. 
• Selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit an extended version to some reputable journals.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

I2COMSAPP'2026 solicits original contributions that align with the conference's objectives and topics, illustrating the latest research advancements and practical implementations of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, with a particular emphasis on their potential to drive positive change in developing countries:

• Contributions should not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration for publication.
• Contributions should be written in English and formatted using the Springer style template, available for download at this link: https://resource-cms.springernature.com/springer-cms/rest/v1/content/26362274/data/v1, 
• Contributions should be submitted in full length, between 8 and 15 pages, via the submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=i2comsapp26 
• Contributions will be rigorously peer reviewed and checked against any kind of plagiarism.
