احتفالاً بيوم اللغة العربية (18 كانون الأول) ، يسعدنا في مختبر كامل أن نعلن عن الإصدار الأول من «مكنونة» ، قاموس اللهجة العربية الفلسطينية المفتوح المصدر.

يحتوي قاموس «مكنونة» على أكثر من 36 ألف كلمة أو عبارة من 17 ألف مدخل معجمي و3.7 ألف جذر، وقد تم تزويد جميع الكلمات بالتشكيل الكامل والكتابة الصوتية والمعنى المقابل بالإنجليزية، وتم إثراء بعض المدخلات بمعلومات إضافية مثل صيغ جمع التكسير والعبارات المرتبطة والكلمات المقابلة في الفصحى وأمثلة وملاحظات حول القواعد أو الاستخدام ومكان التجميع.
هذا العمل هو نتيجة جهد عدة سنوات بدأته شهد دعباس ومجموعة من الباحثين من الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التربوية التابعة لوكالة الغوث الأونروا وساعد أعضاء مختبر كامل (نزار حبش وكريستيان خيرالله) في إيصاله إلى مرحلة الإصدار الأول.

In celebration of Arabic Language Day (Dec 18), we at CAMeL Lab, are happy to announce the first release of Maknuune, the Open Source Palestinian Arabic Lexicon.

Maknuune has over 36K entries from 17K lemmas, and 3.7K roots. All entries include diacritized Arabic orthography, phonological transcription and English glosses. Some entries are enriched with additional information such as broken plurals and templatic feminine forms, associated phrases and collocations, Standard Arabic glosses, and examples or notes on grammar, usage, or location of collected entry.
This work is the result of years of efforts started by Shahd Dibas, and a team of researchers from the University College for Educational Sciences - UNRWA. The team at CAMeL lab (Nizar Habash and Christian Khairallah) helped the project reach its first release.
