How to write Arabic text in Latex for ArXiv.org?!

Dear,

I hope my mail finds you well,

I wonder how to write Arabic text in Latex, especially EMNLP templates and arXiv submissions, and compile them using pdflatex command. In overleaf, it might be automatically done using arabtex package. However, in my environment, I have to use pdflatex terminal command, which yields bugs and errors with that library. Also, does arxiv.org handle arabtex similar to overleaf, or in a different way?!

What are other solutions that work with other conferences templates?!

Any help would be truly appreciated.

PS: referring to a paper on arXiv that contains arabic text might help because I may check its corresponding latex code.
