We take immense pleasure in inviting you with family and friends for
our most popular NAVRATRI program - GARBA AND DANDIA RAAS NITE as
detailed below:-

Date: From 16-10-12 (Tuesday) to 23-10-12 (Tuesday)

Time: 8.00 pm to midnight

Venue : Gopalan Signature Mall(Air conditioned hall), Ground floor,
Old Madras Road, Opp RMZ Infinity, Benganalli, Near Big Bazaar and
Shell Petrol pump, Bangalore

Orchestra: MUSIC PARTY FROM GUJARAT

Aarti: Rs.1001-00 on Ashtami day (22-10-12) and Rs.501/- on all other
days. Association will arrange for Prasad, Aarti Thali to be brought
by the member. Please register in advance.

Mataji’s Mandap Decoration: Daily by any member who desires to
decorate the mandap. Kindly confirm in advance. On Sunday, 14th
October 2012 please come forward to help the committee members for
Mataji’s mantap and hall decoration.

Contribution: Rs.501-00 for prizes and Rs.751-00 (per day) for
children’s daily gift. Members are requested to contributesponsor
generously.

Passes : For guests, season and daily passes will be available at the
venue. For advance season passes please contact.

Special attractions :
1)Neon Garba and dandia on weekends
2)Food and other stalls are arranged at the venue

Competitions & other programs :
1) Best traditional dress for ladies - daily (only for above 12 years)
2) Best traditional dress for men 23-10-12
3) Aarti Thali Decoration Competition on Ashtami 22-10-12
4) Rangoli competition on Sunday 21-10-12
5) Children gift-daily (age below 12 years and only for those children
who are present)
6) Fancy dress/fashion show for children below 12 years on Sunday
21-10-12, memento for all participants.
7) Best Couple, Best Female and Best Male dancer’s competition on
23-10-12.
8) Snacks will be served on the last day, 23-10-12

Members are requested to pay the annual membership fees of Rs.1001/-
for 2012-13 and collect entry passes & at the venue. Please check your
membership details at the Venue. Also please be informed that further
circulars for programs will be sent to Members only through emails.
You are also requested to donate generously for all our activities.
Due to shortage of funds we are forced to curtail some programs and
hence the request. Accounts for the last year can be furnished on
request. Diwali get together or picnic will be arranged, date shall be
announced later depending upon funds collection.

Banner advertisement charges of size 6 feet * 3 feet is Rs.5000/- if
banner is provided by the advertiser and Rs.7500/- if we have to
arrange for the banner. Main Stage banner charges are Rs.10,000/- and
the banner to be provided by the advertiser only.

The committee also has other plans for new activities and we invite
your suggestion in this regard. However the same depends on the
availability of funds. For our activities more members are required in
the committee, kindly come forward to strengthen our association.

make this program a grand success.
