This book is written with teachers and teacher educators in mind. It brings together evidence-based, research-informed, and classroom-tested examples of translanguaging pedagogies across a wide range of TESOL contexts—from elementary and secondary classrooms to teacher education—drawing on perspectives from scholars and educators across the Global South and Global North.

At the launch, we will be joined by Dr. Ofelia García, along with contributing authors, to reflect on:

• what translanguaging looks like in action,
• how teachers can design concrete, situated translanguaging practices, and
• how educators can navigate the challenges of equitable language teaching.

The session will include brief remarks, conversation with contributors, and a chance to win a free copy of the book.
